We can accommodate up to 208 guests in the dining room and have additional seating available on the wrap around deck. Your group will be seated together at reserved tables.<\/p>\n<p>Our culinary team are committed to serving you the freshest meals prepared from scratch, which are wholesome and delicious. We use local\/sustainable\/in season products as much as possible and even grow some of our own herbs and vegetables. The Chef is also at work with local farmers looking at ways we can support each other and reduce our carbon footprint. Our standard meal times are 8:00 A.M., 12:00 P.M. and 6:00 P.M. If these times interfere with your program please let us know in advance so we can meet\u00a0 your needs. We ask that our guests bus their dishes to our dish return area following meals. An assortment of coffees, teas and juices are always available in the dining room and fresh whole fruit is available at all times.<\/p>\n<p>Menus are prepared by our Chef based on seasonal availability of ingredients. Special dietary requests for individuals in your group will gladly be met by our staff, provided we receive notice 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Special dietary items will be placed on the \u201cSpecial Diets\u201d table and labeled accordingly. Our Chef has experience in vegan restaurants and has taught special diets classes at a culinary academy. Please don&#8217;t hesitate to ask! Sack lunches, outdoor picnics, and special banquets are available upon request.
