Friday
4:00 PM – Check-in the Office, make nametags, get settled (scheduled group activities start at dinner)
6:00 PM – Dinner
7:00 PM – Welcome, introductions, orientation & getting to know you games
8:15 PM – Devotion –for the close of the Day with Cookies
Saturday
8:00 AM – Breakfast
9:00 AM – Meet in Lyles Dining Hall to break into workgroups – Group leader/Small group introductions and explanation of the scope of work
9:15 –11:45 AM – Work Groups – 20-minute break around 10:15
12:00 PM – Lunch & Group Picture
1:00 –4:00 PM – Work Groups – 20-minute break around 2:30
4:15 PM – Free Time before dinner
6:00 PM – Dinner
7:15 PM – Compline, Campfire & S’mores – (bring your flashlights)
Sunday
8:00 AM – Breakfast
9:00 AM – Check out of rooms & Breakfast
10:00 AM – Service with St. Raphael’s (optional for people who would like to attend service before driving home)
